The Kynock Foundation believes an introduction to the live performing arts at a young age is critical to inspiring future artists and fostering patrons of the arts. Our arts immersion trips are designed to allow educators and community groups to take their students on live performance experiences that will leave an impression for years to come.

Size is key. We believe keeping each trip relatively small (20-40 students) allows each individual to have a uniquely personal experience.

A tailored experience. The Foundation works with teachers to help find the right performance for their students. Sometimes this can be finding a performance that ties in with an existing curriculum or is made up of performers that are representative of the school or community organization. Foundation volunteers will work with educators on determining their needs and then do the legwork of finding the right performance.

Making it special. The Foundation works with respected partners who are interested in hosting young and diverse audiences. The Foundation works with our partners to make the visit special for the group through cast meet and greets, backstage tours, or other unique opportunities. It is our mission to make sure each trip is “one of a kind.”

A comprehensive service. The Kynock Foundation will work with educators and partners from beginning to end to ensure all needs are met. The Foundation will take care of purchasing and distributing tickets. In some cases, the Foundation may be able to provide some transit assistance including purchasing transit passes or contributing to transport costs.
