The Kynock Foundation believes a single experience with the arts can create an interest and passion that will last a lifetime. Our artist-in-residence visits are designed to bring artists of all kinds to schools where we can turn classrooms into artistic spaces for a day.

Finding the right artist. The artist-in-residence visits are the most personal experience the Foundation provides. The Foundation will work with the education or community partner on their needs to find the artist best suited for them.

Not just the performing arts. The artist-in-residence program allows us to bring in artists of all kinds! Whether it’s in the fine arts, filmmaking, photography, or anything our partner can think of, we will work to find the best artist suited for the education or community partner.

Perfect for partners with limited transportation. While the Foundation’s immersion program requires partners to have the ability to bring their students to the arts venue, there are no transportation limits in this program. Our artist-in-residence program is an excellent opportunity for education or community partners who are better suited for artists coming to them.

A comprehensive service. The Kynock Foundation will work with both our education/community and arts partners from beginning to end.
